I've travelled to Bucharest and Constanta (in March) and had a few experiences to share.
It is true that almost every woman is beautiful - at least in my opinion, if you like the dark hair and mysterious eyes. I tried Club Herestrau and found it very good, despite what some might say. Excellent selection of women, all 7s or above and very few men around. Being from North America seemed to be an advantage as most other men were Turks and the girls I spoke with did not klike being with them, yet they wouldn't say why. So, romania in general and bucarest in particular, has a super offer of girls. No doubt, they are really very good on average. Be aware that most of pimps are gipsy, and in that case the girls are often treated very bad. So if you treat them nicely, they are nice to you. Anyway try to avoid gipsy pimps, often the girls are instructed to cheat you, like super fast sex, pickpocketing, etc. For me the best way is to stop a cab, better a relatively nice car and/or on the main central streets. The driver knows everything you need. Of course don't be so silly to go to clubs and discos like Herastrau or flamingo. It's a cheating for foreigners. Plus the girls have really short time to spend with you, and mostly they tend to be cold and mechanical. And overpriced. Instead, the driver will contact some pimps, and shortly you'll be showed some girls, mainly in another car but often at somebody's place. In that case it can be risky if you don't know already the guy; I always try to remain in the car and convince the pimp to get the girls downstairs.
