My observation:

I am suspicious with the dark haired lady sitting at the table of the male victims. 1/ Romanian locals all know the behavior of predators in Romania. If you go out with a Romanian woman or a Romanian man, this person will tell you if a danger is on the horizon. 2/ if you carefully watch you can see the dark haired woman encourages the men to drink right from the beginning in the video, when the two other girls are away.

I went out in Bucharest and I never saw such scam. To me, it looks like it was a setup by several people.
