I've been reading the forum to find out more info about EE counties to visit. I am very new to this. Would like more input. So far it boils down to Germany and Romania. Maybe it would be better to wait for the autumn, or otherwise stay in Bucharest for a few days, then rent a car and head to Costanta, I guess that is a good place for mongering?
