So, I found two spots where you can find semi pros aged between 19 to 25 years old. Starbucks near Iulius town and the one near the old city. My advice: talk over the phone in English to show that you are a foreigner it helps. So, once again, I spotted that pro and customers were sitting there. Some days ago, I took a taxi from TImisoara Airport to city centre. I spotted Street walkers on the way to the city centre. I was surprised to see that most of them where +6. 5 / 10; not bad quality.

The only place I know, about where they can be found is on 'Calea Aurel Vlaicu'.

From the football stadium 'Francisc von Neumann' which should be on your right hand side, you walk on that main road.

You can walk, or grab a taxi from the stadium till the OMV petrol station, where some 'street walkers' can be find in the night time.

I have been to Timisoara (and Arad) a number of times, but I agree with others, it is not easy in western Romania but nevertheless:
