I did not, but I guess you should not have problem at all, maybe despite tip, if in need, the man of customer control with some rubles or couple of cigars. It depends if he smoke or not. You can bs him with something as cigars are present to your business partner a very important person who will not be happy "somebody" at customer took his present without any good reason to do it

I only take cigars out of Russia (Habanas) , not in. But I don't think it should be a problem. You can pretty much bring anything you want into Russia. The trick is. . . How do you get it back out? As long as you plan to smoke them all during your stay, you shouldn't have a problem.

Hi Nice site my first post so don't slam me if it wrong place or repeated question.
