Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum but not the game, per se. I'm strongly considering Russia (among a few other countries) for our hobby. However, Russia will be a fresh adventure, as I've never been for the sport.

I now have few friends here whom I met in Planeta Entertainment Club and these guys have been showing me around since last few nights.

Well, looking at the city's internal culture, these guys don't pay too much attention on trying to get tourist revenues. Why, I did not get a clear answer on that, but it seems that they are just not used to think too much about tourists. Everything is written in Russian and at the Amber museum also most of the exhibits had only Russian description and I was very surprised with that.

Girls are very conservative towards tourists and are definitely not with friends. There are business cards sized advertisements in hotels and clubs about escorts if you want to spice your night. I am not sure if they are reliable, because I tried it once and was greatly disappointed why who showed up at my door. Maybe the communication gap or a tourist trap, I would never understand anytime soon.

Erotic massage places claim to be strictly professional. Well everything apart from intercourse is according to this guys "not sex". You can finger, kiss everything-everywhere and still its not sex.

Prices for this can be from 3500 rub to 8000 rub per hour. Make the "master" like you the first time and everything is on the menu the next time. I tried Fidello and Roxy and both were good. I preferred Fidello as there were more masters there at any time.

Nightlife is very much below average. Platinum which claims to be tourist friendly nightclub of the city was in my opinion below average in my standards. To my experience travelling around the globe, I think this city ranks the lowest in standards in regards to nightlife for tourist.

And everything here is hell cheap, I could eat like a king and smoke hookah for hours and drink as many beers and then the bill would not cross 30 euro. Never seen anything like this. I will not be coming back here, just because the city infrastructure is not ready for tourist monger who cannot speak Russian. But if you have some basic Russian in your known languages list, this place could be a heaven. Good luck for those who want to try this place. I wanted to check it of my list, and I did it now.

I'm in Kaliningrad for two weeks now and super drunk. Which is good since my writing will be genuine.

Russian basics is the key. This place is very Russian. I am very confident person and my hunger to understand the culture may make me look like non tourist. I walk very confidently.

Kaliningrad is so so in nightlife. The locals have adapted to live among themselves. Which is good for them since they look content with being independent Russian enclave but not so good for a monger. I managed to make a few Russian friends and they fucking don't care about tourism. They are not racists either. I managed to make one girl have a crush on me but she does even remotely think of going out of Russia.

The closest to paid Sayu is erotic massage and escorts are bait and switch here. This city infrastructure is not ready for mongering tourism. Sorry but getting very high now. I think Kaliningrad is not ready for an average mongers unless you show extreme confidence or learn Russian. I'm here for one more week and next time I'll try to post when I'm more sober. I don't have good answers for your questions, but share the interest in mature women. Logically, it should not be difficult to hook up with mature women in Russia. The problem with young ones now is that the demographic curve (birth rates) dropped dramatically 20 years ago, so there just aren't that many girls in that cohort, and those that are have grown up in modern Russia and if they are pretty they have access to the world. And the men have cleaned up their act, reducing drinking and smoking dramatically, exercizing etc. So there is much more competition for them and they have a lot more to choose from, and for finding younger girls, the situation is nothing like 20 years ago. Women of the previous generation, however, were never spoiled because they lived their lives during a different period and under different conditions. Many of them should have a lifelong deficit of good male attention and be hungry for foreigners, foreign trips, money, good sex, being treated nice, etc. Also in general, there are quite a lot of single mothers in Russia and Russian guys are not so interested in them. So in general it should be possible to find really nice matures to one's taste who will also be bomb shells in bed.

But how to find them, I don't know. Logically it should be possible through some online dating platform. I am not very experienced or up to date on this. I have tried a bit on Mamba, but it was difficult to find really attractive matures there. If you have any luck, I would be very grateful if you could share your experiences as you try this out.

Hi All, how stringent are the requirements for a business 1-year visa? I want to be able to travel freely without having to get a tourist visa each time. But I don't have any "business" interests in Russia. I have Canadian / UK citizenship, and live in Switzerland.

Does anyone have a good idea how long we can fly with kaviar w / o refrigeration?

Ask the flight attendant if they can store it in one of their cooling boxes.

I have done that a lot of times, not with caviar, but other stuff, for instance feta cheese from Greece. .

I once carried a vacuum sealed can out of the fridge for almost 12 hours, which tasted good after refreezing for several hours on arrival.

Anybody know which visa expeditor is the most reputable in the US? I'm thinking about using the above. Kind of scary mailing my passport to an agency.

You don't really have a choice anymore. Russian consulates in the USA no longer accept applications directly. You have to go through one of these visa centers. Which visa center you use depends on which consulate is closest to you. Looks like the Russian Embassy in Washington likes VFS Global. https://washington.mid.ru/en/consula...n_visa_center/.
