My question is what is the hotel bar scene like and also does the hotel charge you an additional fee when you have a "quest" ? That happened to me in Argentina.

I've stayed at the Kempinski Moika 22 as well as the Grand Hotel Europe, both absolutely girl friendly and both with 2-3 girls working the main bar.

Interesting idea about measuring the inflation. Girls have flair =)) But look. Today I refused to drink shampain from Radisson SAS mini-bar. Because a 0,3L bottle of Moet was 2800 rub (115$). This price really made me feel stressed, so I had to eat a huge portion of burger with french fries to relax (about 600rub). A bottle of simple wine was about 100$. Please do note that tochkas may be cheaper than NF/CF, but they have also increased in price.
