This way they get new clients who can't pay for entire trip immediately, but can within a year. Many furniture and electronic shops do the same. Often you only need passport to get such a credit within minutes.

My former neighbors from Kuwait stayed in the US for a year, applied for and received 10 credit cards with $2000 limits. They maxed out each card buying everything and anything you could think of, living it up at fancy hotels, restaurants, and up-scale stores.

They never had ANY intention of paying back any of these debts, and openly bragged about how easy it is to steal blind from stupid american companies. They went as far as to claim that when they got home, they would be considered heroes by their families and friends, and highly respected and admired in their community for their sharp business skills of lying and cheating.

Don't be surprised if you see them soon.

Prosal I did very well and very easy on LL in 2004 when I went to Moscow and Piter and very bad for Odessa last year, just my experience.

I personally had only good experiences with LL.

I didn't do well on LL either, I really didnt like the format... I prefer the Russian dating sites. Some friends of mine also did well on LL, so I guess it is a matter of preference.

Although I am certain there are lots of legit "travel for sex" arrangements possible, I am extremely sceptical that any travel agency, Russian or otherwise, would allow somebody to travel ON CREDIT. That's just not the way things are done.

I had the same experience with an ukrainian girl.She asked for money to get visa and tickets through travel agency.It proved to be a scam.You can meet her in a neutral place like Turkey or Bulgaria where they have no problem to get if you want to avoid Russia.

It didn't prove you anything, because this is the most convenient way to arrange a trip for Russian citizens. Every girl would ask the same, but not every girl is a scam.
