I had the same experience with an ukrainian girl.She asked for money to get visa and tickets through travel agency.It proved to be a scam.You can meet her in a neutral place like Turkey or Bulgaria where they have no problem to get if you want to avoid Russia.

Explorer69 I have no experience about girl travelling on credit, but I had similar experience when one year ago I wrote with one from luckylover, she was nice but not topnotch. ( i have the feeling actually some scammers do not use pics of top model to make us believe that maybe she is a normal ordinary girl)

She was from Piter and told me she had no problem to travel till Prague for meeting, cause she prefered to meet me in Prague than in her city cause she had many friends in Piter.
She was really a smart scam, even if she wrote a lot of bullshits, as she liked my attitude, my way of writing, she thought about me every day and so on, but smart cause she answered to every little questions I asked her, usually scam do not care to answer you to the very little questions and simple use the same letter for everybody.

She sent me the name of two hotels in Prague and two options as date to meeting, the days she could have holiday, I told her, I booked a double-room in the most expensive of two hotel and then 1 week before meeting she told me she needed 50$ to make new passport.

Obviously I never sent money and it ended, but once time I will do a joke to the next scammer I will meet and I will send for sure money..but only 1 euro and telling him I sent 100 euro...just to play !

However even a scam who asks only 10$ consider with many mongers he is writing everyday can earn quite good money and I think most of us, will risk to send little money, cause nothing to lose more than couple of bucks.

why not just meet in st. pete?
probably it will cost you less than both of you travelling to a third city (i don't know where you are located) and the girl only has to scrape up the cost of the train ticket in advance. for a girl from a small town, a trip to st.p should still be a treat and an incentive, and the risks to you are minimal. plus if she does not work out, you have many other options.

if it does work out, it can serve as a test run for other trips together outside of mother russia.

nice call gt, my thoughts exactly. it'll be kind of a litmus test. am curious if she would go for it... or if she was perhaps fishing for something else after all.

besides the ex69, if she doesn't show in st.pete youo'll have plenty of other things to do and girls to screw. i think your disappointment in her no-show would be limited...

Although I am certain there are lots of legit "travel for sex" arrangements possible, I am extremely sceptical that any travel agency, Russian or otherwise, would allow somebody to travel ON CREDIT. That's just not the way things are done.

Of course she would love to fly to (name European city) to meet you, and you can pay her then. Only she needs a passport and visa first (although I guess not for Prague)... if you could just send $100 first, then another $100. Then the "travel agency" will not extend credit in the end, and you are planning to meet in a few days, "please wire the money, darling..."

If you have not met her, or been talking to her for a long time already, and she proposed this arrangement, then I think it must be a scam. But it is possible that she is sincere, certainly I have connected with women that seemed receptive to travel-for-sex, but I have never actually closed the deal yet. And I have always been cautious about any girl who proposes this, or has a special travel agency she wants to use. If you really expect a girl to come to you, I think you will have to buy the ticket up front - but from your supplier, not hers, and refundable (or not) only to you. That way you might lose money if she doesn't show, but there is no way she can make money.

Thanks for your comments, you are probably right, I have the same worries. However, she says that her travel agency will make the visa and everything. And she already has a passport. The idea is very tempting, she sounds serious. And I like to believe it is travel for sex. However, to get a visa the travel agency sets her up with a hotel. It is all a package. So the worst senario is perhaps that she gets a nice trip, sleeps in her hotel, and I get no pussy. I have to get to know her better and get more feelings what she is up to. And she is VERY HOT, that's why I consider this. And she sounds very serious and real.
