Regarding StandArt Hotel, the location is excellent. However, it's brand new so it's tough to gauge its policy. Sorry.

This has always been the problem with Moscow, you pay a premium for hotels that often have a no guest policy. In NZ not one hotel would have such a corrupt policy. I once stayed Hotel Metropol near Bolshoi and I had quite an arguement regards their policy, they have NZ Manager so he knew full well what a ridiculous policy it is.
