To keep it simple, if you arrive on Sheremetyevo, forget taxis, head directly to Byelorusskaja using AeroExpress train (320 RUR) in 30 mins. For $300 you get easily (just book early enough amd use any travel agency's discount pricing. E. G. Carlson Wagonlit) decent business-class hotels only a walk away from the metro. My recommendations in this order would be Sheraton Palace, Marriott Tverskaya, Radisson Blu Byelorusskaja. Arriving / departing won't go easier and cost-efficient than that.

Haven't been in Marco Polo but it's bit away the metros.

In other aspects I'd support Dogger. Rusdosug or Mamba. Or NF, Real Mccoy on (freebies.) or Golden Girls (only because next to Radisson Bl.)

Ok, I'll give it a go, there may be differing opinions but here's what I think;

1. For three to four days with $300 as a budget, (and I assume no Russian and first time to Moscow) I would stick to a hotel. There's a couple of good ones around the city centre well within the budget. I would say the Holiday Inn Lesnaya or the Marco Polo. You may even get one of the Marriot's on Tverskaya for that price?

2. Yes. Avoids excessive travel.

3. Nope. That's about 13500 RUR an hour. Never paid that much. Don't go anywhere near that. Somewhere between 6 to 10 depending on the quality? If you want to blow that much you could always try NF or one of the rooms in a club.

4. Try.

, usually pretty good, easy search parameters and I had some success from there. Far and away, get an account on the Mamba database and make contacts that way before getting to the city. You can search for sex again (it was sent to the premium accounts for a while) so go for it. Be prepared to pay a hefty taxi fee however because Kashirskaya is a long way down and most WG DON'T take the metro to an "engagement".

Oh dear. The Hotel Milan is nice but waaaay off the beaten monger path. The good news is that very few hotels in Moscow today are NOT girl friendly. Unfortunately I have not stayed in the Milan and am not sure if there is any in-house talent. Having said that, if you are not able to change your hotel, I think your best bet would be to try to arrange something in advance fro Rusdosug or one of the other services. Be prepared to pay a hefty taxi fee however because Kashirskaya is a long way down and most WG DON'T take the metro to an "engagement".

I would almost be tempted to take the metro to the center and visit one of the salons.

Have to admit I am a bit sceptical going to a 10mil city with no Russian knowlege and alone. I have been to several other eastern europien countreys tho. And have a mixt impression thowards value issues in citys like budapest, prague, riga, talinn etc. I think often you pay there a western price for a total avrge girl. Tho I have been a lot time lucky too.

Even I don't expect Moscow to be cheap I feel that even you pay 300 dollars for an hour you get a rly nice girls and in that matter its fine for me. I woud like to hear what more experiencet people think about value in Moscow?

Now even a lot of you say go with apartaments I prefer hotell life better. The price vary a lot in terms of location. I am thinking to go with "Novotel Moscow Centre" nothing fancy but a very reasonable price for what you get is my first impression. Hotell is in Pusjkinskaja. Tverskaja area.

Now dose some of you guys know how far it is from places like Aurora, PentHouse etc?

Actually, the NoveTel Moscow Center is NOT exactly near Tverskaya. Pushkinskaya. The closest metro is Mendeleyevskaya / Novosloboskaya. They are not far from Tverskaya / Pushkinskaya but it will take you at least 30 minutes to walk to Aurora and the better part of 45 minutes to walk to Penthouse. Having said that it's only a quick metro ride to Checkovskaya or a $15 cab ride I have stayed there before a few years ago and it was ok. Good location for restaurants and bars. Some nice clubs that have some very nice amateur girls that are quite available.

In Moscow, VALUE is all relative. Western style hotels are still very expensive. Girls who speak English are expensive. End of discussion. And even some of them are average looking. Having said that, if you are a lucky guy you never know. You may well get a real gem.

Tverskaya is relatively centrally located and you won't be that far from Aurora and PentHouse, though the traffic Moscow can be horrid. If you have a basic understanding of the Cyrillic alphabet you should be able to navigate the metro easily enough and it's a good way to get around though it gets dicey late at night (the last time I was on the metro were no English transliterations of the station signs, don't know if it's changed).

For having someone to your hotel, I'd recommend Olga's Angels at www.olgasangels.net. Of the current stable, I am only familiar with Sophia, who I'd recommend for a totally awesome BBBJ / CIM.
