President hotel is very girl friendly, but:

1. You need to know real name of the girl.

2. Call in recepcion and ask for a pass for her.

3. The girl must be Muscovite or have registration.

4. When the girl arrives she must go to security booth and say that she is waited in the room? . , security check for a pass and let her in. Going out is no problem. This works any time of the day or night.

I already had girls at president hotel, no poblem so far. As said by Helena, she only needs to show papers.

two weeks ago I was in Moscow for some business and my client booked Cosmos Hotel for me. An update about the lobby girls at cosmos. They ask for 6000rub for one hour / two pops. They all seem to complain about giving half what they get to the Hotel. All three nights there were 10-15 girls range 4 to 8.

I wonder why my life is so hard. Had a such guy 10 years ago or more, but he was asking for 10 USD/hour + the gasoline for the car... Could be an intersting option... specially if you want to go to a brothel (it's always a nice sexperience, may be 1 hour with three girls or three hour with three different gils with some rest for a drin between them...), you can get there with him and just let him make all the agreements...

Do not understand really the price... 10 pm 6 am for 80 € means 10 € an hour or what? Or a flat 80 € until you found what you are out for...
