I stayed at the Sheraton early September for five nights, I checked out the lobby Bar area nightly, I did not see any tallent. I did order room service, the lady was a no show, I am not sure if she encountered a security problem? I attempted to call her, but no answer.
The latest I cheched the bar was around 11:00pm, perhaps that was too early?

Wow, that's a surprise although it may have been a tad early. Last time I was there it was a Thursday night and by 11:00 PM the place was crawling.

Has anyone actually taken the new(ish) Aero Express train from SVO-2 to Savelovsky Station? How far is the walk from the arrivals area to the train terminus at SVO-2?

I am arriving in Moscow in a few weeks on a Friday afternoon at about 5:40 PM and the thought of making the trip into the center of town by car gives me the shakes. I was thinking of just catching the train and have the driver meet me at Savelovsky rather than sitting in a car for 2+ hours.

Any opinions and/or experiences? Perhaps the traffic from SVO on a Friday afternoon at this time of year is not so bad? (Ha, ha) Last time I took a car from SVO it took the better part of 2.5 hours. Mind you, that was a few years ago and it was in June.
