    Strav.

Wasn't much better 3 weeks ago, the only dyevs I was actually looking at weren't there for work, a table of asian chicks just out for an evening.

Stopped by Hot Dog's tonight and was treated to the sight of the single largest collection of butt-ugly women I have ever seen in Eastern Europe.

Just thought you might want to know...

Bez baby - you're killing me with this talk. You are my inspiration!!!! (Skank used to be my inspiration but that was setting my goals a little too high). In my books you're the "rabbit" jumping from hole to hole. How's an old fucker like me supposed to keep going when young pups like you are spouting defeatist talk like that? Do you REALLY expect us to believe that crap?

Rest up, take your Geritol (like I do) and back on that (fucking) horse!!!!!

    Bez,

Understood. I was just pointing out that time and money are difficult to come by and particularly to find them together at the same time in one's life. As you point out, each is useless without the other.

    Ok, then answer this....

Then what ELSE have I got?

    Or EVER had?

Oh sure, the NEVER GIVE UP NEVER GIVE IN Doc Skank attitude-life outlook helps, sure, but, that's certainly not what got me in the position or situation to employ those carefree risk-all do or die tactics. It was a $3000/week budget and 5 paid weeks off/year that GOT me to cross to pond and rack up 200,000 frequent flyer miles. I'm sitting on 2 free RT tickets right now, but there's no more PTO, so how can I book or plan anything, when the future is as unclear as today's dismal employment possibilities.

My life is over, let's face it.

    It's up to you now.

Having been to FUCKISTAN I can attest not all of us are lucky enough to experience or have enough stamina for three weeks in adult disneyland!!!!!!

What surprises me is that lack of reports telling me that the crisis has driven prices down significantly.

    This is an interesting study.

Sure, maybe the increase in prices has been stemmed, but can anyone point to experiences where you can see prices returning to 2002 levels?

I guess economic conditions in Moskva are not nearly as bad as some of the WSJ articles are making them out to be.

Is everything in the stores (imported goods) still selling for 70% off?
PLEASE understand I was merely stating IMHO, which is precisely why I suffixed that IF I had been on my way EAST, perhaps I WOULD have taken out one of the wh0res, so its completely unneccessary to claim that I'm rubbing anyone's nose into anything, (except some dyevochka's honeypot).

Nextly, I apparently ran the fuck OUT of stamina, and for the first time in 20 trips, frequently couldn't finish what I started, as I've confided to a few already, the Bez is retiring from mongering for health reasons.

Oh, and so much more importantly, it does NOT require much luck at all to travel and monger in CANDYLAND. You simply need time and money, that's it. Some russian skill certainly makes it much easier, as we all know, though mine remains understandable but awful.

Next, PRICES ARE THE SAME, its the dollar that buys more rubles, but only up from 2500 to 3200, so about 20%, enough to feel the difference, but no more than that. Prices in my Italian owned up-scale grocery store, as I've already posted, or even in the big supermarket, ARE THE SAME. The market's still not cheap, and the up-scale is still expensive. I went as often as possible to the bazaar, for fresh veggies & fruits, little fresh baked onion pockets, and ham and cheese and yogurt, the daily boring staples.

In other words, forget about 2002 or anything else, because remember you can never go back.

I didn't see anything anywhere selling for 70% off. I cracked out my Mastercard and bought some Adidas running shoes on sale for $63, and some great salami slices at the deli for 300r/150g. If that gets you hot, then I don't know what to tell ya. A head of lettuce still costs 100 r at the bazaar, no bargain there.

LIFE AIN'T CHEAP, neither is mongering, rent, groceries, etc. Provinces still beat Moskva, but its no bargain, unless you consider quality/quantity of the dyevochkas, and ESPECIALLY ATTITUDE and GFE. To me that's the ONLY SIGNIFICANT difference worth mentioning, and I'll rub more than your grubby little noses in that shite all day!

    NOTE to Pissdots!
I thought you said there were NO TOCHKAS!!!
That was the ONLY place I REALLY WANTED TO SEE, you wanker!!
    Jeeeez!

About current prices in MOCKBA / Hot Dog's

On last tuesday night at HOT DOG's, bargain for one night (from 01:00 to 08:00) started at 12-12kRUB. After little negociation you can get one "lady" for Long Time, with everything except Anal for 7'000RUB.

During the first 3 days of the weeks, there are mainly "pros" who are willing to get 300EUR but HOT DOG's is not the Night Flight.

For taking taxi, I recommmend not to take taxi which are standing front of the door. Walk a little bit (200m) away from the door of Hot Dog's and you can easily get a "Кавказ, Kavkaz" taxi for far less cheaper.

With some russian knowledge, one can pay 200RUB to KORSON hotel with is located nearby Kossyguine Street.

I am now in St Petersburg and I did a lot of research on Mamba in advance. My impression is that more girls are looking for sponsors. The result is that I have a busy time meeting many different girls I made contact with.. I don't think I will go to salons or anything else

I guess the same will be the case for Moscow?

Bez, Bez, Bez - you smug little man There's no need to rub our noses in it!!!!!!

Having been to several of the various provinces of FUCKISTAN I can attest to the accuracy of your statement (sigh) but come on man, not all of us are lucky enough to experience (or have enough stamina for) three weeks in adult disneyland!!!!!!

The other problem was plain lack of time. Otherwise, I would have dragged you to Che to see how crazy that place gets on a Saturday night, and then maybe hit a cheapo salon for 2500/chasik or headed up Yaroslavka to see what the tochki have to offer these days.

But given the time constraints, I did what I could. That said, we should have hit HD and NF in reverse order. HD peaks between 2 and 3am on the weekends, whereas NF was obviously well past its peak at 1am (IIRC, we were the only customers there at one point that evening!)

Next time, I'll let you show me the ropes in Vladizadnitsa!

As Jake said, you saw your duty and you did it. So did I, sort of....

Pez-Dispenser was the master of hosts in responding to my meet-up call, showing me the ropes at Hot Dog and Night Flight 3 weeks ago.

Though both places were slow, there were more than enough hookers wiggling around me introducing themselves and offering their wares, like I was some kind of walking ATM. Being completely exhausted after three non-stop weeks of 18 year-olds in eastern fukistan, I had little appetite for the parade of tramps and come-buckets that were eager to seperate my money from me, as PizzaDitz kept up his wryly smirking and commentary on the wh0re patrols.

The thought of dragging one of them all the way back to my Aerotel on a 45 minute taxi drive, for 300euros, just to have a quickie and then pack for my 5AM flight home was utterly non-appetizing. Though I still had $700 in my wallet, I just couldn't see the point, but if it had been the other way around, and I was in town ON MY WAY east instead of west, who knows....

Night Flight, in a small way, reminded me of Boite Kilch in Sao Paulo, where I was successful in getting the mamasan to get me her newest 18 year old blondinka, for $200 for 3 hours bzck in 1999.

But what I saw in Moscow just wasn't worth the time or the money.
