I'm not sure how reliable that is or if it's even a person, but apparently they have been open since June from 9 pm to 6 am everyday. AFAIK, no entry to RF as a standard, foreign tourist right now.

Not only that, unfortunately the rules can change from day to day. Yesterday all of a sudden they cancelled all air traffic with Tanzania and Turkey. A friend of mine is with his GF in Tanzania (it was one of the few countries which officially opened the borders for Russia tourists and vice versa), but I think for him it will be no problem to come back as he is Russian. Ok ok maybe not 'all of a sudden', for sure they may have their motives for that (I hope it's not a kind of political game but real justified and reasonable motives).

Hello, after my knowledge EU citizens with valid visas will be able to fly back to Moscow again. This is the good news. The bad news for me, that after over a year of not visiting Moscow, my knowledge about nightlife is outdated.

Maybe someone from the city can share, where to go now.

I am looking for substitutions for NF, I know that some of the ladies go to Mercedes Bar in Radisson Hotel now, top floor.

Yes, I agree, and with me it is exactly the opposite case. I want leave Russia to visit my relatives in my country, but unfortunately 'Hard Times to travel out of Russia too'. I am afraid they will not let me in when I return as I am not a Russian citizen yet "Come back when the pandemics are over". That would be not very pleasant as I have my flat here and also my business. To be legally in Russia and with the Moscow propisk helps, but it is NO guarantee that they will allow you back. I know a western expat girl who flew away for Christmas and NY, when she tried to come back, they did not even allow her even in the flight, but this was in the peak of the 2nd wave, now I don't know if they would make problems, but for now I don't want to risk, after all officially there are still a lot of restrictions and the 2nd wave is not over yet. I checked the site of MVD and Aeroflot but there are still some contradictory info for now I pass.
