Thank you for your feedback, I need to start looking at this places you mentioned and getting prepared. If we speak no Russian (as I) we have to put ourselves in their shoes. They not only have to master a foreign language, they also must learn our (arabic) letters, as their kyrillic alphabet is totally different. A small hint: When texting or writing basic questions or info to russians, I have found they can more easily understand if I use capital letters in my messages. If their English is elementary, this helps them to understand better, as our capital letters are more similar to theirs.
