One thing I've learned from my mongering experiences is that while the quality of a girl and the price she charges are positively correlated, the real gems can often be found only among the girls who charge lower rates rather than those who charge high rates. By real gems I'm talking about 9's and 10's. Yes, if a lady charges you 400 usd / hour, it's almost certain that you would get at least a 7 or 8 coming to your door, and you would not need to worry about be&S as much (though it still could happen sometimes). However, IMO within this price range (3000 usd +), in most cases a 8. 5 would be the best you can get. If you want a 9 or 10, I would suggest you try the 100-200 usd girls. Yes you would expect more fake profiles and have to prepare for unattractive or old ladies showing at your door, but there are a lot of beautiful girls in their 20's within this price range. You will find them if you got a big enough sample size, which means of course that you need enough time and a decent budget for the trial-and-error process. Most of the gems I'm talking about probably just entered this business and have no intention to work as a prostitute for a long time (eg some of them are just uni students who want some quick cash to buy a new iPhone). Once you identify such a gem, get her number, try locking her down with a decent sponsorship plan that would work for both of you. She will either accept of reject your offer, but I doubt she would say no if your offer is tempting enough. This is exactly what I did in Kiev, and I assume it could work in Moscow as well.

Most of the high rate ladies have been in this business for many years, and many of them are in their late 20's or early 20's and have thus become less attractive. This is why there are rarely 9's and 10's among them.

Yes, 150 is USD. I wish it was roubles, LOL. 150 $ is the basic rate, but the "elite girls" charge a little higher. Better confirm the rates with the agency on the phone. They speak decent English.
