Sochi is famous as a holiday resort, Tuapse and Novorossyisk aren't. From what I can see on the Net these are port cities, but nearby Gelendzhik is an important resort, too.

If you don't speak Russian I wouldn't recommend it. Some girls will speak English but you'll be better off in Moscow, or even in Turkey, as they will question your motivation behind coming to Sochi. There are so many bars/clubs in Moscow, that it's hard if not impossible to give a comprehensive list. For freebie sluts, my expat-friendly suggestions with reasonable face control would be Che, Tunnel, Papa's, Karma, Real McCoy and B2. The first four are within easy walking distance from each other, so it's easy to hop from one to another. There should be an ample number of 7s in each of those places, though the majority will be 6s and under (but pathetically easy to pick up). Outside the center of the city, you'll find cheaper places with easier (and lower-rent) girls, but I don't have a lot of experience in that sphere, since I live and work in downtown. Sorry Babuskha and Fabrique are both nice dance clubs with better looking girls, but might be hard for you to get in after midnight due to face control. It is true that Turkey and Egypt cater to the low income segment of the Russian tourist market, that makes sense business wise. After all most Russians are poor. However, there are plenty of luxury holiday villages which have a fair amount of affluent Russian customers.
