My experience at golden girls has been the opposite. That they're more likely to give you their number than not. Prices vary. From free to 500 k rubles for a night LOL. Most want a sugar daddy.

Before getting to Penthouse let me add that Rasputins sucks, Nightflight is interesting if you want take out (but much smaller and darker than it appears on the web), Angels is nice, but didn't do the deed, Golden Girls are beautiful, but standard strip club, and Aurora was great and had a nice Euro girl in a pleasant room with nice enough shower.
