Not to sound like a "know-it-all" but non-girl friendly hotels in Moscow are all but a thing of the past. Worst case, you may be asked to register your guest and MAY have to pay a small guest charge. But you don't need to worry. Just March up to your room with your girl like you own the place. Being a newly opened hotel, Tverskaya 12 probably won't bat an eye. If they object, security may stop you at the lift. If they do, just let the girl do the talking. She'll figure out what "fee" needs to be paid. With World Cup fast approaching, Russian hotels know that this is all part of the "hospitality".
