The best price is always achieved using rubles. Euros and Dollars are readily available at most ATM's so there is nothing magical about hard currency anymore. If you pay in Dollars or Euros you will not get a very good exchange rate.

Night flight dress code is smart casual. Jeans is fine as long as they are "nice". No sport shoes. Blazer optional.

911 is great. Sit at the bar and enjoy the show. Getting into 911 is no problem as long as you are not visibly drunk and are respectfully dressed. I lived in Moscow for almost 5 years and seldom went out with less that $600 in my pocket. Russia is a cash society. Never had a problem. You will be surprised at how safe you will feel. There is a FREE shuttle service between Aurora 911, Penthouse, the Loft and Angels.
