Just a few words of advice. I know you're just trying to be thorough, but it's never a good idea to post specific information about how to find salons, particularly access codes to the podyezd. As you know from your experience, these places are very small and typically in private buildings, so they need to be able to control the movement of customers in and out.

Now that you have announced to the entire mongering world their exact location and access code, they will probably be gone in 6 months.

I am in St Pete this week for 3 days with the objective of having some fun. Since this is the first time that I am staying in town, I have zero knowledge about local habits and I could not find in this thread any information that suits me.

Here are the indications to reach the place: This is really at a stone throw from the metro station. In front of the building there is a yellow sign with "&1057; &1072; &1083; &1086; &1085;" written on it (this simply means salon). You seem to have alot of bad luck there. Possibly you may not have been decisive enough as to what you wanted. To try four places in one night and still not get anywhere there's something wrong there.

One of the main things I picked up from the post is the comment about being shy. You have to show confidence. Not arrogance. Even a P4P provider will pick up on it, and the younger Russian girls will expect an older man to have confidence. They are not adverse to an older man but apart from providing the three basic C's (car, cellphone and cash) the older man should have one C above all else. Confidence.
