I have trouble deciding whether to go have fun in Manila or St. Petersburg.

I've been to the Philippines (Manila), Jakarta, Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia this year. For some reason I always thought Manila would be great. I've never seen so many unattractive girls in Manila compared to anywhere in Asia. Only decent looking girls are the working girls. You could walk miles in a mall and not see one attractive girl. It's also ugly dirty sprawling place and not very safe, I would never go back. P4 P is also not cheap. Only advantage is they all speak good English and love American fast food, hence love Americans. If you must experience the Philippines I hear Cebu is better. If you are after Asian girls nothing in my view beats the variety quality and quantity of Thailand.

SPB girls are gorgeous Russian European many model looking girls with easy access from Europe, don't expect it to be Asia-easy and Asia-cheap.

1. Yes it is. Rouble costs less, but prices the same (not everywhere).

2. Seems like the same.

If you will pay in USD or EUR, it will be cheaper twice. Before rouble falls it costs 29-30 rur /1 dollar. Now it is 60-66 rur /1 dollar.

I have sent an PM to person who posted this review. Anyway It looks to be only HJ, CBJ type of place. I am spoiled monger because of Thailand trips so was looking for Full Service massage places.

St. Pete offers cheap p4 p options but for freebies I think not easy. 5 times harder than Manila especially if you don't have a European look. Also the city is small. Not as funny as Manila but it is definitely more safe than Manila.

I would choose Manila. But you can think about Vladivostok.

I've been in both cities myself and well, I can agree with you on that comparison.

Plus, in general if I have to choose between a too hot place and a too cold place (I am talking about weather here, lets not get confused).

I would choose the warmer option. Besides the temperature, both are close to water and thus quite humid sometimes, which makes the winter in Peter very unpleasant IMO.
