I have tried to look into average income per capita in Russia regions. I have pasted the list below (sorry its in Cyrillics) , with the poorest at the top and getting wealthier as you move down the list (data from 2007).

You are right, beside the North Caucasus region, which is culturally highly interesting and where many girls have persian features and are often gorgeous, but which is a no-go, unless you want to be sequestred and killed by a jalous cousin or brother and finish as a shashlik, the "European Russia" region (Briansk, Orel, Smolensk, Penza, Voronehz, ect) are the oblasts with the lowest GDP per capita, therefore a priori the cheapest (oddly enough, Kostroma oblast, in the Golden Ring region, is also very low on the list).

Nevertheless I personally wouldn't go there for P4P, but for the freebie scene. That said, IMO even a city of 400, 000 as Briansk can become rather small when you start serial dating, as quite often there will only be three or four "in" cafes and two or three popular nightclubs where girls go to. Also, your "exotismess" can definitely boost your position, but also can make of you a target for the local gopniki / flatheads.

So I am wondering where is really good for mongering in Russia? My ideal is to be able to go somewhere for anything 4-7 days, and sleep with 2-3 beautiful young women per day without going bankrupt. What I need then is a place with a big (female) population; where the business is reasonably well organized (well run salons / brothels and / or internet sites) so that I can operate efficiently; and easy transportation within the city (not too great distances, not too many traffic jams, or a good metro) ; dirt cheap (not an oil town or anything like that, and not close to a wealthy neighbouring country) , not emptied of youth who have all emigrated; not overrun by Westerners (so that I am more interesting to the girls) preferably in a poor region with lots of unemployment;

As a side note, this is not Russia, but Tashkent seems to fill all your requirements. Big enough for a reasonably good nighlife (fourth largest city in FSU) , dirty cheap, no western foreigners, and a decent P4P scene.

Clearly you have done some homework in this area so I won't bore you with statistics of my own. IMHO, there's always a danger in going to paces that are TOO small in that you will draw attention to yourself very quickly and potentially put yourself in a dangerous situation. Having said that, I think that if you stick to some of the provincial capitals, you will be just fine as the provincial capitals tend to draw the more adventurous girls to the "big city" from the countryside. While these are not all capitals per se, the ones that come to mind from my own personal experiences have been Tyumen, Ufa, Krasnoyarsk, Nonosibirsk, Tomsk, Omsk. Granted these are all quite far away from Moscow so you might want to consider some that are not so far like Nizhninovgorod, Tver, Tula, and maybe even Voronezh. As I say, this is a huge topic that could be debated for days. The fact is that ALL of these provincial towns have working girls and girls who are simply seeking adventure. To be sure the prices are all significantly less that in Moscow. That's a given.

I would like to exchange opinions with others about the best places to monger in Russia for someone who speaks Russian. Please make suggestions.

During the past year I have been to Moscow and Petersburg. I have also visited many other parts of Russia previously. My impressions are as follows:

- Moscow: Most expensive, very beautiful girls and sophisticated sex available but you have to pay a lot for it, and the place is so huge that it is overly time-consuming to get around. Even more than in many other capitals, there is a lot of arrogance in Moscow. Girls from the provinces are often much nicer. On the other hand, you can use the massive number of internet ads to target girls with the precise parameters that you want through advanced searches.

- Petersburg: A slightly toned down version of Moscow, a bit cheaper, slightly shorter distances, perhaps even more girls (comparing Petersburg and Moscow, my idea is that Moscow is the city of power and money and therefore has a relatively large population of wealthy and powerful men, whereas Petersburg is thought of as beautiful and romantic and attracts a lot of female students and other young women).

- Karelia and Murmansk Oblast: overrun by Finns, Swedes and Norwegians, smallish towns and many of the pretty girls have (other) gainful employment or have left.

- Parts of Eastern Russia: overrun by Japanese / Koreans / Chinese who are desperate and drive up prices.

So I am wondering where is really good for mongering in Russia? My ideal is to be able to go somewhere for anything 4-7 days, and sleep with 2-3 beautiful young women per day without going bankrupt. Obviously I cannot satisfy all of my requirements, the point is rather to find the optimal compromise between them. I have tried to look into average income per capita in Russia regions. The poorest provinces are in southern Russia, in the North Caucasus and contiguous areas. But I presume much of this area is potentially violent and dangerous (though I could be mistaken). Apart from those places, some of the more interesting seem to be Ivanovskaya oblast, Bryanskaya oblast, Kirovskaya oblast, Penzenskaya oblast, and Psovskaya oblast. I am particularly interested in Pskov, but the capital may be too small (200. 000) to have a big and interesting pay for play market.

No idea how I should hook up with a nice Russian girl here and get some taste of NICE Russian women. In general the city (probably the country) makes a depressive negative impression. People look angry, few smiles, few nice buildings. Really a taste of bad eastern Europe in my opinion.

Sorry to hear that you are not having any luck in Kaliningrad. But, it's not surprising. Kaliningrad is, technically, a part of Russia, but really, it's just an accident of history. Nobody goes to Kaliningrad, unless they must. It's better to be from Kaliningrad.

Just for the hell of it, I did a search on Kaliningrad in sextalk and looked through all the posts for the past year, including yours! I gotta hand it to you, you are nothing, if not determined. The only report about anyone having sex, was a post about a girl in Moscow! Don't know how that got in there. The rest were mainly guys like yourself, asking about where they could get laid in Kaliningrad. Plus some discussions about politics and economy.

I would never trust a website called nalevo.org. Na levo means, "on the left", in Russian, and only bad things come from the left, as you discovered.

It seems from your report that there are beautiful, young women in Kaliningrad, but if you don't speak Russian, you may as well be looking at pictures in a museum.

To be honest the info here was really not helpful at all.

I spent quite some time doing research in the net and also the city but with very little success. Called all kinds of "escort" services, but usually they hardly spoke 2 words English or hang up. The one who spoke a few words were from nalevo. Org but of course did not show up with the promised girls from the internet (nice pics) but two absolutely awful girls. I told him to go away as these girls look a bit different to what I expected.

BTW, the 1500 said on the homepages for one hour (approx. €40-) are never offered when you then talk to them. Then it is always 2000 or 2500- for one hour.

I also tried to go to the "Moskowskij Prospekt" street where there are expected to be the street hookers. Yet no taxi wanted to take me there. A nice older guy than started to call around as he understood that I am looking for a girl. After waiting for 30min he brought me to some "Sauna".2500- for the girl, and of course an extra 1000- for the "sauna" which never was mentioned before. The girl was okay if you like big tits and are okay with some extra kilo. I am actually NOT. I like neither of those two, but after 1hr arriving in some dark street with the sauna club I also did not want to go home. So I tried.

The club was pretty low standard. But yes, it had a small pool, a billiard table, and even a sauna (surprisingly. After a few minutes we started kissing and doing the job. She tried to be nice, but really, the girl was for me not hot at all, so I was happy to leave early.

Of course there are some really nice and super-slim girls on the street. Just as I like it. But they are often with guys (mostly awful and scary ones of course. Or also do not speak any English.

No idea how I should hook up with a nice Russian girl here and get some taste of NICE Russian women. In general the city (probably the country) makes a depressive negative impression. People look angry, few smiles, few nice buildings. Really a taste of bad eastern Europe in my opinion.

Anyways. I do not give up. A few days left, perhaps a good experience is to come.

The 2012 World Junior Hockey Championship in Calgary, Alberta, Canada just finished (Sweden defeated Russia for the gold medal) and I am already considering a trip to the 2013 tournament in Ufa, Russia. That's a long way from Canada but I am up for the challenge. I have heard Ufa is a 6 hour flight from Moscow. Other than that I know nothing about this city.

Has anyone been to Ufa? What is the city like?

Of course I will look at the usual websites to meet women in Ufa but advice from members here is always welcomed.

I have been to UFA a few times, never really looked around much, but it is a typical Russian City in the Russian Republic of Baskortistan (or something like that). It isn't six hours from Moscow, more like two or three hours with two or three hours timechange I think. Two things to remember are 1) Russia seems to stay on Summer Time all year round now and 2) if you get a train the whole rail network works on Moscow time.

There were girls in the bars of some or the hotels I have stayed at, as is usual in the traditional Russian hotels. Otherwise I think calling them in is usually okay, just ask the front desk staff. I haven't done this but have seen others do it.

Having done 8 german fkk holidays I have been for a long while now been looking for something more adventurous. Having read doggers report on niznhy it has arisen real interest in me especially as there is a connecting flight from my hometown in england to niznhy via frankfurt. Moscow just seems far too expensive for p4p. A trip to russia would last at maximum 1 week so if I went to niznhy I would be looking for the most attractive p4p options. Dogger mentions girls in the cafe at hotel oka? If I stayed at hotel oka would I be able to find all my p4p girls and options within the hotel without venturing out for reasons of practicality and being a newbie in the city with a limited amout of time there? What level of beauty and attractiveness would these hotel girls be on? Also mentioned is club dream a strip club with a neighbouring hotel? Are there any other venues in niznhy where I could find guaranteed p4p girls of a high calibre I do not know about to bring back to my hotel. Any updates on niznhy gratefully appreciated.

Totally unrealistic in winter with the road condition, I needed more than 5 hours from Kaluga to Sheremetievo airport. When reaching Moscow suburbs anyway, you will learn the real meaning of "traffic jams" just like one learns the meaning of winter when experiencing it in Russia.

With good traffic conditions, you will need 8 hours for a round trip.
