With a friend we were there again and around midnight, after a beautiful dinner, we got one of the taxis in front a small western style hotel where we usually stay.

About the train, I guess you think about Transiberian Train, you can find a tons of info on the guide of lonely planet and the same for all the cities you will visit, I bought the two books of Russian European and Russian Asiatic and in these guides for every city you have best place as hotel,restaurant and how to arrive there.

In my opinion Lonely Planet does very good source of info, most of time very useful also for us mongers.

I will be leaving for my second grand tour of Russia in about three weeks and need your help! Russian cities other than Saint Petersburg and Moscow do not have much coverage, but I am hoping that some of you have just been tardy in your posting. My next trip will cover 14 cities throughout Russia and I would like any information any of you might have on hotels, cafes, interesting things and naturally places to find girls!

Hello All:

I went to Norvogard (the Great) in early January 2005 for four days on business. This city has the original Kremlin of Peter the Great and is one of the older cities of Russia. They give tours through the Kremlin and you can visit the Cathedral of Saint Sofia. One unique thing about the Cathedral is the guy that "plays" the bells, he or they are quite good and they even have a tape for sell in the gift shop.

We stayed in a rather expensive hotel about three blocks in front of the Kremlin that was okay but not for the price. They did have girls working the bar in the hotel but they were on the expensive side also, BUT they had no problem with security either. One really great looking blond with a great figure quoted me a price of $250.00 (before negoiation). I thought this was too high so passed on the first night we were there. I then proceeded to the bar in the Kremlin. It has a good cafe upstairs and a bar and smaller cafe in the cellar. Most of the girls are students from the University so be careful on who you approach, but there are usally some working girls in the evening. I found Olga, a slim bruenette with a C chest and after several vodkas we agread on $100.00 for the night. The fun came in getting her back into my hotel. The security guard stopped us and said she had to be registered to go to my room. No problem right? Wrong! It has a disco, bar and casino in the hotel and they said the disco is very popular. We checked out their hotel the next day and it was a lot more modern than the older hotel we were staying in. They even had a in door swimning pool and sauna. It was also cheaper than our hotel. They also said it was girl friendly. The food wasn't the greatest there but the bar and disco were packed with women after about 9pm. Mostly non-pros but I saw several that were probably working girls.

We returned to our hotel about 1am and everyone went off to their rooms. Being a little restless, I then went to the bar and the blond was there. So I bought her a drink and we chatted each other up for awhile. She must have remembered that I rejected her $250.00 from the night before because this time she offered $150.00 for the entire night. Although I did not get the impression that many Americans visited here.

The most and easyst way to get some nice girls is to buy the second hand newspapers like "Is Ruk i Ruki" or "Jarmarkt".

I was so lucky and could stay the last 4 weeks in the town Krasnodar, nor far away from the black sea.

So what can i say about girls :-)

They have 2-3 tochkas in krasnodar, just ask a taxidriver, they all know the places. Price is 800 Roubles/hour or 2500 Roubles/night.

Girls are ugly, I didn't find a nice one.

Best way is to buy one of the second hand newspapers like "is Ruk W Ruki" or "wse dla tebja". there you have a roubrik "Snakomstwa" where you fill find 30-50 phonenumbers of so called Dispatcher. You just call there and tell what you need, than you say your adress and they are 30mins later there, a car with 5 girls you can choose from.

Mostly they charge 500Roubles/Girl/Hour. the better one is 800/hour.
Girls are from 18-20, not realy beautifully, mostly from the small villages 100-150km away from krasnodar.

some time ago in this winter, i had a trip to tatarstan, not kazan, but i would like not to tell the city, so few foregniers… (see the pictures section of a real tatar girl).
