I am planning to visit Tver (on the Volga--about 3-4 hours bus ride from Moscow) to attend a wedding next summer. Does anyone have any experience with this city?

I was in Tver in 2006 and p4p there cost about 800 roubles per hour. I had a 25-or-so dancer from one of the local clubs. Hey friends, my stay at Hotel Tsentralnaya was enjoyable, but there is NO in house action at this hotel. The lobby bar was just as dead as the in-house casino. In fact in my two nights there I didn't score, I only went out once after business and my freebie efforts failed to produce more than a kiss. Just come up to the reception and tell them that you want a girl - they speak English. 5min later you will receive a phone call from a "mamochka" asking what kind of girls do you want. Last time I've got a 19yr gem - she rocked my world. $100/hr is pricey, but was worth it.

For street action just catch a cab. Or better yet, stay down-town, there are 2 4-start hotels, I was told that they have lots of action in the bar and nearby on the streets.
