I made a mistake about Petrozavodsk. I back-checked and it actually
does sound like there's action to be found there, and more than some other
cities for its size. There should be about six night spots to find local talent in
"Peter's Factory". Murmansk is just not that much bigger of a city, so
Voyeur you did have the right idea.

Getting there is another story. From St. Pitr, its a 9 hour bus ride,
or on the train, anywhere from 7 up to 15 hours.

You need to skip this oblast and head straight on through to Murman'sk.
