In provincial Russian cities sauna girls cost about 700 rubles/hour, give or take another 100. It is dirt cheap, but by and large girls are only average. In small cities you better look for freebies leveraging the White God factor...

Just to update it:

Stayed 2 days in Krasnodar, nice town.

There is one Totschka, but a little bit different than in moscow.
Its on a road-circle on a bus-station, there was 15 girls from 18-24,
i got the only one who was smiling (Sveta, 18), she was so nice, that i stayed with here the whole two days.

The other source for girls seems to be the saunas, i have stayed in two different saunas and there where 2-5 girls avaiable.

My russian friend told me, if i had more time, it should be very easy to get a freebe in the local entertaiment centre.

i visited it in the morning when my flight was late, i talked with 3 realy nice and beatufully girls and all three invited me for next stay in krasnodar, so seems to be very simple.

Marconista, interesting report ! Just for general information : after the separation of Ukraine from Russia and the subsequent lost of the big harbours - Sevastopol ( military ) and Odessa - trade and tourism - Novorossiisk is currently THE big russian harbour on the black Sea;

It is the new HQ of the russian navy ( Black Sea Fleet ), and the russian gate for the exportation of oil from the Caspian Sea. This explains the new investments in the infrastructure of the city. Good news : hotels and night life can improve in the future. Bad news prices can go upwards !

Moreover I think the name of the airport is Anadyr.

Novorossiysk.
Arriving Krasnodar from St. Petersburg. About 2hours 15 minutes drive to Novorossiysk. The city is located in the north-eastern part of the Black Sea. There is an airport closer to the city, called Anadar.

Stayed 3 nights in Hotel Novorossiysk, at about USD.50 a night. Hotel recently bought by a guy from Moscow who will upgrade the hotel, which is necessary.

First night we spoke with the security-guy in the hotel, and he advised that the girls sitting in the casino were WG’s. THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO VISIT THE ROOMS. Luckily for me I had a Russian-speaking friend with me, and he translated. Most people speak very limited English. Reason for not allowing the girls “upstairs” was because the pimp had not made an agreement with the new owner of the hotel. You could however bring in girls from outside, but they had to register after 2300 hours.

We went out hunting about midnight, and first to a place called MAXIMUS, recommended by the security-guy. This was a medium size disco with about 50 people dancing. A lot of beautiful ladies, mainly students in the age range of 18-24. But to noisy to talk to anyone so we left after a beer. The taxidriver that took us to Maximus recommended a strip-club called PAUK (English: Spider). Leaving the disco, we met two girls on their way in, and my friend asked them about good places to go. They could not recommend anything, so he asked if Pauk was OK, and if they wanted to join us. They laughed and said no . Me and my friend went there, and after a while the two girls joined us (BTW; free entrance at about 0100 hours). We invited them to sit with us, and we had a good time. One blond, one black haired (21 and 23 years old). The latter sat with me and was shy about her English, but as I am a patient guy, we managed to chat, and understood each other well. After a cognac she improved. They were not WG’s, so did not discuss P4P. We had some more drinks and danced a little, and watched some strippers (gorgeous young ladies as well). After the dance the strippers came around to you, lapdanced a little, asking for 100 rubels (abt. Usd. 3).

One of our young friends had a mobile, and I got her number, and texted her the next day, inviting them for dinner. No Reply. However, next morning got a positive reply, hence we met with them at 2100 hours for dinner and more friendly chat, and they took us to a few other clubs which was not good at all (don’t even remember the names).

Tried to make them come back with us to our hotel, but was turned down since Hotel Novorossiysk had such a bad name in the city. According to them, girls would be looked upon as “bad girls” if they came with friends to the hotel. We tried to find other solutions, but “no way” this time. Told you, regular girls! I am sure that we can hit the sack with those two dames, but it may take a while. Why, since they asked if we will visit regularly, or just tourists. We will be back soon (I hope), and shall report back then.

The WG’s we saw in the casino of our hotel was not good looking, and regretfully our time was limited due to business.

Some nice restaurants in the city, service good, and food not to bad, but I will stop ordering Bloody Mary’s as they all think that the Tabasco is a huge part of the recipe.

A lot of construction going on, so obviously money is coming in to the city, building both tall blocks for apartments and offices and private houses.

Re the Novgorod question. I stayed there for a total of four nights three years back. Unusually for Russia, there were no working girls in the lobby of the hotel I stayed at, given the price range. The bars I visited didn't have any obvious working girls. I could have asked around I guess, but didn't.
