Belgrade is not dry. Yes, it is difficult, but if you are connected it is actually a very good mongering city. It is wrong to expect Belgrade to be as easy as Bangkok or FKK's in Germany. If you expect that you will be bitterly disappointed. There is simply no other way. You have to be connected. Once you are, you will have access to amazing beauties. In addition Belgrade has probably the best night life in Europe. Definitely the most unique. That is why this city is my favorite place to monger along with Budapest, of course.

Question to local mongers, how reliable is Oglasi magazine?

I am soon to be on a 2 week trip mid August to Croatia and Serbia, possibly Albania.

I hear the scene in Belgrade is dry, but have also heard from a local in the embassy that Olgasi magazine is the way to go.

Any comments from locals?

My trip has changed. I just was directed to a rental in Rovinj and will enjoy that area. And that area is dry too!

Square Nine was indeed a great place to stay, thanks for the recommendation. Very nice restaurant at the rooftop with Japanese food, was no issue stopping after dinner at the floor with the room and continuing the evening there.

Square Nine was indeed a great place to stay, thanks for the recommendation. Very nice restaurant at the rooftop with Japanese food, was no issue stopping after dinner at the floor with the room and continuing the evening there.

I can assure you that high class escorts are available in Belgrade. The only thing is they do not advertise anywhere on the internet. Therefore it is very difficult to meet them. You need to be connected to have access to them.

If you want to stay in the hotel than Square Nine is the one I would recommend. It is not only the best hotel in Belgrade, but 1 of the best hotels in Europe. Staff goes above and beyond, the food is amazing, the same goes for the rooms. There are armchairs & sofas in the lobby where you can sit & have a drink. Hotels in Belgrade are known not to be girl friendly, but if there is a hotel in Belgrade that could be girl friendly, Square Nine is the one. Your idea is actually good & it might work. If you enter a hotel's lobby together with a girl, sit there for a while, you might get to the elevators that are close without anyone asking her to show an ID. From my experience, even if the girl enters the hotel alone, is well dressed & goes straight to the elevators she might get away with it. But, it has to be earlier in the evening while there are other people in the lobby. If it is late in the evening than it is almost sure guys at the reception desk will ask her to show her ID. So, I told you which hotel is the best / closest to being girl friendly but I am not able to guarantee the girl will get to your room without having to show her ID. As for the apartments, you should be able to find & book a luxurious one on the internet. Usually, apartment is a better option in Belgrade if you want to bring girls. However, be sure to get all the info about the apartment, owner & his rules. Spending an evening with a girl in a bar, in a restaurant or in a club with an overnight option is not how things usually work in Belgrade. Working girls charge per hour. So, it really does not matter whether you would spend time with her in the club dancing or in the bed fucking, you would still pay the same hourly price. Actually, there are working girls who would do what you want, but their price is really high. The best approach? To be connected which is not easy.

There is no place where you can take a girl for few hours that works 24/7. If you want a place where you will bring a girl later than 8 PM than you need to book a hotel or an apartment for 24 hours. You can find a hotel or an apartment where you can take a girl for few hours from 1 PM till 8 PM. However you & a girl will have to show an ID. You can rent an apartment, 24 hours minimum, you will have to show your ID, but in that case girl can freely come to your place without having to show an ID. It would be good for you to buy subscription, you would be able to get & send private messages, it would be very beneficial for you in so many ways. Therefore, I really suggest that you do that.

I think the major complaint is that, right now, both these cities are dry as a bone.

I disagree about Belgrade. I fuck regularly in Serbian capital. Yes, it is not the easiest city to monger in, but I would surely not describe it the way you did. Experience, being connected & hard work are key factors for being successful over there.

Kiev girls seems better looking though Serbian are also superb, but my main concern is that girls in Kiev don't speak English easily while in Belgrade the rate of finding a Serbian girl talking English or even French is higher no?

From an experienced Belgrade monger. It is arguable what you said about Ukrainian girls. I personally think, Belgrade girls are more beautiful. You are correct about English language though. Lots of Serbian girls do speak it. Percentage of girls speaking French is significantly smaller, but plenty of girls speak English language. I really like Serbian girls, you should try them.
