From my personal experience, Serbia is difficult from a mongering standpoint. You either need a deep pocket and the right connections or you have to be a Ryan Gosling lookalike to score. I think the truth should be told about Belgrade scene. In that way people will avoid disappointment. Also, save their time. If you are not connected in Belgrade you cannot access beautiful / young girls. Also, Belgrade is not cheap.
