I spent a year in Kosovo--the worst place I have ever been, including Iraq-- and can proffer the following advice for booty:

Kosovo is truly the asshole of Europe. While I will not automatically rule out local Albanian women, they are very difficult to get, even when one promises to marry them.

Women can be had at Ferazi and some other shady ass places around Prishtina, but the girls there have been trafficked, and if you are caught you can kiss your contractor or unmik job good bye.
