I spent a year in Kosovo--the worst place I have ever been, including Iraq-- and can proffer the following advice for booty:

Kosovo is truly the asshole of Europe. While I will not automatically rule out local Albanian women, they are very difficult to get, even when one promises to marry them.

Women can be had at Ferazi and some other shady ass places around Prishtina, but the girls there have been trafficked, and if you are caught you can kiss your contractor or unmik job good bye. That's why I'd reccomend whoring in Macedonia for short time needs. Its's expensive, like 300 a nite, but its safe. I stayed in the Tomska Sofa and always got top quality gals.

If you can get down to Sofia, do it. It's about four hours away and the
the brothel girls there are 25 bucks an hour if u ditch the taxi driver. Maybe i'm lucky or crazy, but I went to Sofia for a weekend, met a nice *****, paid for her for the weekend, and convinced her to run off to Kosovo with me for six months!!! She was trafficked, but was quite pretty and spoke perfect English. Remember, Kosovo, has (or had) no immigration policies so anyone can come without a visa. It was a pretty good experience;we were both happy for a relatively small investment on my part. Even if she wasn't, where could he have gone in Kosovo? To the DynCorp guys.

Along similar lines, I use videochat (most often when I am in warzones) and have gotten 2 of the 5 girls i asked to come visit me in Kosovo for between 2-3 months each. This, on some scale, is doable for most everybody.

I have been in Pristina for two months and have had very little success. One night I ended up at a club, I believe it is called Angel club. It is a smallish place that doesn't appear legal as it is in residential area and there is a guarded gate with no sign out front. A cabbie had to vouch for me and a friend to even get inside. There was a small stage and several Russian women that sat at a bar. Sex was available for 100 Euros. It felt a bit scary to be in there, yet having a friend along and our taxicab driver helped along with all the booze I had drank.

Bottom line is that it is rather dry in Pristina. Any action seems not worth the risks involved, but if you are desperate hop in a cab and they will probably know where to go for a fee. We ended up paying 50 Euros to the cabbie for his services. I wouldn't recommend going alone which has been my dilemna. My wingman left town.

I have heard rumors that alot of the motels on the way to the airport are brothels. Yet, they get raided by international police and agencies, so I think the career implications of trying that are pretty stupid for me.

No I have not…

But in medium cities like Nis or Novi Sad, I think that if You go to a good hotel, don’t look like ugly dunk chasing teens, but just having a normal behaviour it should not be difficult to find the right taxi driver… It’s full of taxis every where and they are very cheap due to the concurrence due to the old cars they use.

If You find something new let me know now it’s some time I’m not back to Serbia but I think I’ll be there soon.

In the former Yugoslavia, now Serbia and Montenegro there are a lot of opportunities. Of course I’m not speaking of Belgrade where, as in any former eastern country, You can find any girl you want (expensive).

Southern of Belgrade there is a small city called Mladenovac. On the national road, non in the town, you will easily find a Restaurant/Motel/service station (it's the only one). Generally it’s clean, cheap and rather good food if you eat grilled meat.

If you ask the manager he will provide you with a taxi going to a night club not so far (5-10 min by car), located in the middle of nowhere (don't get there by car, you will get lost!). You will find girls and customers and a bar and a restaurant (small rooms for sex on the second floor). It’s like a normal lap dance bar with the difference that you can take the girls at the second floor and do what you want (usually BBBJ and CIM allowed with extra, no Anal).

But the best system is to get there in the evening take a quick look and see which girl you can take to your motel or make a deal for the next afternoon (cheaper and more fun) in low seasons you can get down as low as 100 Euros for four hours or so.

If you go more southern you will find the big industrial city of Kragujevac. A lot of road scene on national roads coming in to the city and in the suburbs. Stay at hotel Stari Grad (girl friendly), the best, a double room air conditioned, approx. 60 Euro. There are a lot of freebies (university) a lot of road working girls on the streets (but be careful of gipsies) and funnier of all a lot of bars, pubs and discos, no real night clubs.

If you take the main road (where the pedestrian zones is ending) and go towards Batocina, a minor village, just outside Kragujevac you will find a bar/disco/night with red lights on your left side, just some meters after the city end road signal. You can get in, listen to some music drink some beers, it looks like a normal disco pub with eastern taste, the fun is that you can take home teenager girls serving at the table, paying at the counter! Normally very naïve and inexperienced but you can find beautiful girls for the night from 100 Euros, and it can be real fun. Also because you can get, next days, real GFE. Always ask for mobiles, and tip them. They will do nearly every thing: BBBJ, CIM, COF, and even swallowing are easily obtained. Very difficult to get Anal.

Of course the small cities are not a f*** paradise, but in any case you can do a lot of things an ground foreigners with something in the wallet are very few.

Otherwise use the old good method... take a taxi and ask the taxi driver openly and give him a large tip (and ask for his mobile for next day)... You will surely get something.

The city of BanaLuker has several what are termed "Night Clubs" where you can meet immigrant women for sex (mainly russian girls)...

I was lucky to know a local person very well who took me just about everywhere.

Try meeting girls in bars and offering to pay there drinks and food for the whole night if all goes well then you can spend the night with them (its so cheap out there so dont worry too much about how much it will cost)

If your a foreigner PLEASE DONT GO VENTURING OUT ALONE...Banalukeris a lovely city but its so easy to get lost and become easy prey.

as far as I know, there is no action in Nis at all (at not a decent one). There are no decent hotels in this city as well, I suggest you to go to Niska Banya (nearby spa), you can find some nice villas and mini hotels at decent prices, but you will need a car or a taxi to go to hte city...

I recently spent 3 weeks in podgorica and found a great sex scene there
there is not a street scene because montenegrian mentality is very tight about women and the girls working in the night clubs (tne only places to have sex by payment) come from serbia
there are 4 night clubs (in order of excellence):
CIN CIN is the newest and is located near the old airport, a little bit outside the city (10 euro to go there by taxi from downtown) the 5 girls I've seen are cute; they cost 60 euro/hour and the rooms are nice and clean
