There are deals to be had in the Banus / Marbella area but typically more expensive and harder to find. Best that you try Sur in English (the paper or online) , but my experience with that is not great. Maybe you can try out the new Glass Palace on the coast road on the right driving towards Estepona just after Laguna Beach and then report on that.

I've never come across Arab or ME women but I'm sure that some will advertise on Sur.
