Okay, I am filing my report as promised.

First of all many thanks to all those on the forum for their excellent advice. I had originally planned on visiting one place, but after all the advice, I felt that would be a mistake, and actually made it to four.

IME it varies from girl to girl, and to a certain extent from brothel to brothel. If BBBJ (or any other service) is important to you, you should clear this with the girl and the madam before committing yourself.

Just a word of caution about Felina, Apricots, Perla Negra, etc. The photos are heavily photoshopped and the girls listed are not always available. Shark16 is right, normally brothels such as Perla Negra, La Vie en Rose, or Apricots don't charge an extra fee for room rental / entrance.
