You need to make an appointment, which is easy to do using whatsapp and google translate. Once you make an appointment (or when you confirm the appointment) they give you the exact street address (the x in Villaroel 15 X will become a number), the apartment number, and the door code to be buzzed in. Of course, there is usually enough food traffic that you can follow someone else into the building. For Spanish door codes, every once in a while they are listed in ordinal numbers (1st instead of one, 2nd instead of 2, etc), although this is the exception to the rule. In an old post, I did a cheat sheet of Spanish ordinal numbers and you might want to use it as a cheat sheet. But most of the time the door codes, and all of the time the elevator buttons and apartment numbers will have the traditional English 1, 2, 3 etc. Of course it doesn't hurt to include on your cheat sheet the Spanish numbers for 1, 2, 3, etc. In addition to the Spanish word for 1st, 2nd, etc. You only need numbers up to 5 or so since the Spanish buildings aren't that tall. Always use the elevator if you want to go to a floor, such as floor 3. The elevator buttons are clearly marked but the Spanish often label the first floor as 0 which makes it confusing if you take the stairs. If you go to the Gran Via / Padilla place, there are two entrances as you face the building on Gran Via. Use the entrance closest to Padilla, which is the one furthest left as you face the building from Gran Via. These are shared apartment places, not true brothels, so you need an appointment. Once you have finished a session, you can of course ask if there are any ladies there who aren't currently in session in case you want to scope out talent for your next appointment. Of course you can just use the reviews for that, also. I probably made the process sound more difficult than it is.
