I have to correct myself a little bit. While the above quote still holds as a general rule of thumb for most clubs and bars in Barcelona, Bagdad is known for its high entrance fee. According to website it's 90 E as of today (including one drink only).

There are also several bars and clubs without any entrance fees at all (Club Kiss Me comes to mind as an example). And of course; there are no entrance fees when visiting brothels or massage parlours.

Barcelona is sometimes weird as some of the brothels and clubs are closed on Sundays. So; just a reminder to everyone that a little bit of homework can be smart to avoid unnecessary disappointments on a Sunday visit.

The Search function on ISG does not seem to be working well, so if you want to read Shark16's many excellent contributions, which include reports on the larger walk-in, line-up brothers like Top Damas, you can click on his name and you will see a link that says something like "See all posts". I can't remember the exact term, but you get the picture.

He is certainly correct that the prices for sex are not too bad at the group of clubs with common ownership that includes Urgel 150, but it has always seemed to me that the prices reported for drinks is much higher than at a regular tapas bar where the sexual activity is limited to flirting with the waitress. The incalls of places like teensbcn and Eden53 are in touristy areas, so it is very easy to eat and drink nearby.

A couple of more cents:

- You won't find the same quality at clubs in Barcelona like in Oase / Sharks / Globe. Barcelona's main club scene is basically overpriced at 200- 300 E/60 with poor performance (Baccara, Baghdad, Dollhouse. BTW; is Dollhouse still closed?). Not worth it. If you must, pick Baghdad for the show.

- The club scene are nightclubs / bars that open at 8- 10 pm, but really do not get going before after midnight.

- The "extreme" prices at the Haima Clubs (Urgel 150, Calipso, Roma) start at 130 E /60 (80 E /60 at Calipso) with at times even lower prices before 10 pm (60 E /60), but do note that clubs do not get going before after midnight. Be beware of upselling, but the main issue is the lack of optic quality. Be prepared to move on, although at times you can strike lucky.

- Club Kiss Me is a classic joint joint that has its fans. No high optics, few girls (3- 6) at a higher age range (30+), but the fun is buying one of the girls a 30 E copa and doing it in the bar (by the second copa you get a BJ in the bar, and it only continues).
