As far as I know ALL the things you listed are included. But of course this is dependent on the client having good hygiene. It could be just Felinas expanding to a new country. The new prostitution law hasn't been finalized and passed last time I check. Technically brothels aren't legal in Spain, but it's tolerated and in Catalonia they are licensed as hotels IIRC to get around the laws.
