Pub 240 in Aribau is still the best for picking up girls. I was there a week ago and 3 weeks ago. Actually it has been the best - in terms of beauty and attitude of girls - for the last 5 years.

I'm new to this site, but am trying to get the lowdown on Barcelona. I'm there for the next two to three weeks on business. I'm staying close to Placa De Catalunya and am trying to find the best good value places close by for some action.

I've seen various reports on places like Pub 240 and club new Aribau.

Has anyone been to these places recently, and if so what are the current prices and are they worth a visit, or are there now better clubs/bars???

Also do any hotels have pros hanging out in the bars/reception looking for trade?

I will now go to Barcelona on 14/08/09 and stay until 25/08. Its going to be interesting for me to compare Barca with Prague and Antalya were I've done most of my punting. The disco Olivia near the Sara club hotel is one of my favorite hunting grounds and I love the privates in Prague which provide great value for money. I intend to have four meetings in Barca and I will report back here anything of worth. I'm lucky enough to be going to Barcelona without distractions Monday and Tuesday of next week. It's my first visit, and there's so much information on here, I'm trying to put it together as best but I'd really appreciate some help. Is this the makings of a decent plan

I'm staying in the area between Avinguda Diagonal and Avinguda Roma, I've noticed Club Viladomat 208, and New Aribau have been mentioned on here and arent too far away from me. Are there any others that are recommended? Kiss Me also sounds like it might be fun. From reading on here, it seems like club girl prices are around 150EUR for a half hour. Seems a little steep to me. Does this price normally include 2 pops? Does that also make the price of a 3way around 300eur? I'll have a car, so if there are some worthwhile clubs slightly outside of town then I might go try them out. With a rental car, about 1 hour drive west along the coast, 62 miles as you drive it from the Barcelona Airport, you can find a club about equivalent to the well known but now closed Riviera Club: It's called Privee Club. It's located in Tarragona, south of the city of Reus, on the road called C14, a little north of another road called Cami De La Faredat. The sign high above the club can be seen from nearby roads. My GPS shows coordinates of N41.11612, E1.12397.

Another option if you're in Barcelona is to rent a car and drive about 1 hour and 40 minutes, 105 miles, north to Madam's Club and Lady's Dallas Club on the road called N-II a few miles south of the city of La Jonquera. The English language version of the web site for Lady's Dallas is http://www.clubdallas. Es/eng/pubbar.html My GPS says the coordinates for Madam's club are N42.36641, E2.89634. Lady's Dallas club is 1.8 miles north on the same road. Both of these night clubs are similar to the former Riviera Club in Castelldefels. Lady's Dallas has about as many pretty girls as could once be found at Riveira Club. Madam's Club isn't bad, either.

Another place worth checking out north of Barcelona is Club La Torre Park on the south side of the road called GIV-6228, visible from C-31, in the town of Siurana, where you'll also see Fedra and Baby Dolls.
