It's been many years since I went to Eden 53. Unless things have changed drastically here, then the set up should be pretty much the same as Vecinitas. Unlikely that all girls will be available, but if you contact them, they should be able to tell you which girls are available, and if there is a particular one you want to see, they should be able to tell you when she is available.
