I was in Barcelona for this summer for an extended vacation and this site was a great starting place for getting some ideas. This was actually my first time mongering. I don't think YOU run any risk. Theses places are ususally safe, and yes, the service for the price is ususally excellent.

However, the situation of the girls is difficult to assess. It is obvious they they are not " independaent". Coerced or not, I can't say.
