a barcelona report from saturday 1 nov. i was in town for the same reasom as a previous poster, maybe we shall team up next year in berlin? :-)
i already know that city. anyway... to the report:

Discreet separate ground floor entrance next to the main door of 315, close to where Rossellon intersects Avenida Diagonal. Apparently it's a 24/7 establishment.

This is an upmarket establishment, clean and well run, but not overpriced. I was offered a choice of about 6 girls, 45 minutes €100/60 €120, also cheaper prices. All looked clean and happy, I did not get the feeling as one sometimes does that they were there under duress. Ages mostly 25-30 at a guess. All white and slightly on the larger side apart from the last one, a petite slim mixed race girl, probably Dominicana. There are many great bars and clubs in BCN where you can have some great non-pro fun for new years eve.... along Paseo Maritimo de la Barceloneta (or Pg Maritim on Catalan maps) there are about 3 or 4 clubs / lounge bars all next to each other. The road runs along the Barceloneta beach and the road is elevated, so you walk down stairs to get into the clubs below and I think pretty much all of them have restaurants that overlook the beach, which is great in the summer.

i had good luck staying at the hotel barbara barcelona. it is right in the red light district and was cheap. i could walk a few blocks east to sightsee in the gothic quarter and the metro (subway) was close. also, this area goes 24/7 with the ramblas a few blocks away. i was very close to the bagdad sex club which is good though quite expensive. also an easy walk was the peep show on the lower ramblas where the live peeps were very reasonable. i think you could pick up a provider there but i don't know the prices. this is also probably the best spot for picking up a streetwalker although not all of them are that great.

i was only in barcelona for under 24 hours. i brought a list of some addresses i wanted to check out. i could take the metro to most of them from my hotel. unfortunately i was not able to locate one in the limited time i had. it is best to read the forum (rtf) and bring exact directions to the places with lots of backups in case the first ones don't pan out. and 24 hours is just enough for the merest taste of barcelona. a longer stay is advisable.
