Sadly, today is my last day in Barcelona. I fly back to Madrid tomorrow. I much prefer Barcelona vs. Madrid. I will definitely be back to Spain and when I come back, I’ll spend more time in Barcelona than Madrid. I did some more sightseeing and then late in the afternoon I decided to head over to Top Damas. I read so many great things about it. Again, I’d say that the reports are exaggerated a bit or the quality has gone downhill or maybe I just came at a bad time.

Today is Thursday and I went over around 6 PM. I tried to take the Metro from Plaza Catalunya as I bought a Metro T10 pass and I really only used it about 3 times as I’ve been taking taxis instead. I tried in vein to find the metro for the Line 7 that went to the nearest Metro stop near there but I couldn’t find it. I only found the Metro for lines 1 and 2. Later I’ll explain where it is.

You walk up just one flight of stairs and a girl will be waiting for you. The neighbors all know what is going on. I would recommend it. Even though most of the girls were ugly, maybe I came at a bad time. I don’t honestly know. I do know I had a good time so I would recommend it. The pricing structure is good as well and the room was VERY nice.

On the way back I didn’t really know where I was going but I wanted to see if I could find the Metro. When you come out of the apartment, take a right and then an immediate left on the street that enters the almost alley where the apartment is located. Walk down to Ave. Diagonal and take a left turn. I knew there was a metro stations a few blocks down. It’s called "Diagonal". From there I took the Line 7 all the way to Plaza Catalunya so I could see where to enter! The entrance for the Line 7 is on the other end of the Plaza right in front of the McDonalds and right outside of the Sephora store.

Barcelona is a great city. Again, there are MUCH better places in the world to go to see girls but if you happen to be here for vacation then there are some good spots. In Europe I prefer Prague and I’m going to Budapest next month to see how it is there.compared to places like London it’s a bargain here.

Barcelona Report

I arrived to Barcelona a few days ago. First of all, I’m VERY impressed by the city. It’s definitely one of the more beautiful cities in the world. It pretty much has it all. The beach and the ocean, mountains, beautiful city, great architecture and an interesting history to boot.

I flew from Madrid on Iberia. I booked the trip online several months ago before my trip online. The rate I paid was about you$s 200 for a round-trip ticket back to Madrid. It was a short and effortless flight. The great thing is I had a very heavy bag that American charged me $25 for being over 50 lbs and Iberia they didn’t care and happily put it on and didn’t charge me anything. The airport is very clean. I saw many tourists lost as they didn’t read Spanish. The baggage claim you have to go left as you come off the ramp and go downstairs to get them.

I took a taxi at the airport and with the surcharge I only paid like 25 € to go to Plaza Catalunya. Something I was amazed right away is the number of tourists here. There are a ton! I read that Spain gets something like 60 million tourists per year! That is huge. Barcelona is Spain’s #1 tourist destination with over 15 million visits per year! Not bad for a city with a population of only 3 million including the suburbs.

I ended up renting a 5 star apartment right near Plaza Catalunya. It’s a GREAT area and the apartment I rented is amazing! A bit pricey at about 200€ per night but most of the 5 star hotels in town are charging at least that so it’s well worth it. I arrived alone but I still booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment because of the location. I also used the same company in Madrid and had a great apartment there as well. I’m heading back to Madrid only for 2 nights so I booked a suite at the Urban Hotel which I’m told is one of the best hotels in town. Rooms are pricey at around 350 € per night for a deluxe suite but I always like staying in nice places and some friends told me the hotel was amazing so I’m looking forward to my stay.

The everyday girls on the street in Barcelona are more beautiful than the girls in Madrid. I thought it was absolutely horrible in Madrid. Barcelona is better with more naturally beautiful locals in my humble opinion.

The city is well laid out. I’ve been very busy during the day on many excursions seeing the city. I’ve been taking a mix of taxis and the Metro. The Metro is also very good but it’s a bit run down. Not as modern as the Metro in Madrid. Taxis aren’t too much but Metros are much cheaper. I had a good chat with the taxi driver bringing me back from Club Riviera and he was telling me that there are 11, 000 taxis in Barcelona. He had worked for 8 years and said he loved his job. He said he can work the hours he wants to work and makes great money. I’m not sure if it’s true but he said a license for a taxi these days are 180, 000€!

If you take the Metro they have the same type of pricing scheme that I posted in the Madrid section. Probably the best option is the T10 pass that will cover you for 10 rides on the Metro system. It is only 6 €. I bought one but honestly I have only used the Metro about 3 times the last few days. I’ve been walking a lot. I went to Club Riviera tonight after reading a lot of hype about it. I can honestly tell you the hype isn’t as good as what it is (comparing it to other clubs around the world). I think some guy in the forum was asking how it compares to Help Disco in Rio. In short, it doesn’t at all. I agree it is a good option in Barcelona because it’s cheap but maybe some of you guys have a different numbering system. I rare give out 9’s or 10’s. And I saw many posts from people saying that there were 9’s and 10’s. My impression of a 9 or 10 is Silvia Saint (blonde, thin, with big natural breasts, gorgeous face, and great body) – or a Latina equivalent model type.

I admit this is a good option but have realistic expectations going in. For someone that doesn’t travel around much, this might seem like heaven but from someone that travels around quite a bit you will find it overrated. There is a room to your right where girls bring guys once they are going to go upstairs. You can 5€ for the use of the room. Then you go upstairs to your room with the girl. They give the girl a paper and the girl gives the paper to a guy at the top of the stairs. I was told there are 60 rooms in this place. Rooms are nothing special at all. I was told the 1 hour suites are bigger than the 30 minute rooms. I booked 1 hour time frames for both sessions that I did. My room was bigger but the bad thing is they had two twin beds instead of a bigger bed which was a bad idea. The first room they put me in I saw a suitcase so not sure if a girl was staying in it.

As you walk in, you get hit on intensely by girls. Within the first 20 minutes of walking in, I had no less than 8 girls come up to me. They aren’t rude but right away they come up, ask where you are from and try to get you to leave with them. There are a TON of Romanian girls. Since Romania joined the European Union they can enter Spain freely with no problems and work so that is the reason why there are massive amounts of Romanian girls in the clubs. I’d say the first 6 that came up to me were from Romanian. All of them spoke understandable Spanish so communication was not a problem for me.
