I don't think you need a mask to enter. There's no public lobby area for vecinitas. It's basically a private apartment unit. You go to the unit, ring the bell, then your girl opens the door and leads you to her room.

I don't know how sharing works and would be interested to know this as well.

I am in Barcelona now. Situation is not great. Many places that according to the web are open are in fact not. For instance Perlanegra is closed.
