There is no one Spain and there is no one Germany.

What you really have are regulated sex and unregulated sex.

2. Vecinitas have recently changed the address and at the new place they do have bathrooms inside the rooms, just like at Eden53 and Eden34 (or at least the one I've been in had one).

There is no website for teensbcn that I am aware of. I wish they would get a website like Vecinitas and ElEden53.

As far as a "main" number, I don't think there is one. The whole idea is that from a legal perspective, it is a group of independents sharing an incall facility, not a licensed brothel. They have to be careful of looking too much like a brothel, and a main phone number might arguably cross that line.

That having been said, many of the ladies leave their phones with a scheduler when not working or while in session. Teensbcn apparently will do a line-up. That is on the edge of the rules, but is likely okay. These four places I recommend don't have a brothel license. They are a group of independents sharing a trick pad and hiring people to schedule and clean for them. They each have there own phone number. But if a customer schedules to come into the place at a certain time, several independents could logically say Hello, to him. I am not sure that Vecinitas feels comfortable with the law being interpreted that way, and I have never heard of a line-up there.

As far as rooms are concerned, the bathrooms are outside the rooms at Vecinitas, and inside the rooms at Felinas. Other than that, I found the rooms to be very similar.
