What do you mean "allowed to do". The ladies at some of these places have apparently agreed amongst themselves to be incall only.

It is not uncommon for a group of workers joining a consortium to agree amongst themselves to abide by certain common rules. Ever heard of OPEC?

Keep some important things in mind.

So you simply have to make some contact via WhatsApp and read message boards and draw some conclusions.

Phase 2 started yesterday, my 'regulars' are starting to message me asking when I can see them again.

Maybe you could check the ofertas section of sexomercado. If a lot of highly rated girls are giving out offers, then the prices have gone down.
