I've been trying to work out some numbers on club economics. Scandalos and Estark are both essentially repurposed hotels. A very conservative going rate for hotel's their size / location, pre-Coronapanic, in the range 3-4 million euros. Now it depends on capital structure. Does the club own its venue or not? If it needs money to tide it over the current bad patch, any lender is going to be looking at that rate of return on total capital deployed. So how far are they into whatever cash reserves they had, pre-Coronapanic? Since you're so keen on puticlubs, are you going to invest your retirement pot into one?
