You are doing things the hard way. There are not an abundance of reviews of independent outcalls for Madrid. They are more expensive and they generally charge a full taxi fare. As a Bahiana (if she was from Salvador or a coastal Brasilian town) she might prefer Malaga. People want to drink coffee with their family in the morning or are going out to eat together at some restaurant instead of eating at home. In addition, Madrid is a city that never sleeps, so it doesn't matter if it's 25. I am sure that many places are even open at night if you want to have a drink.
