Vive Madrid is the most central located of those three clubs, located at Calle del marques de Viana 15 it's about 10€ with taxi from the city center. This club used to have many girls of great quality, not unusual with 150 girls present. Now in the pandemic I don't know if it has recovered or not. BUT expensive.

The club Whiskeria Estark located in the Hotel Diana Plus has the address Ctra. Villaverde a Vallecas anyway it's located southeast of the city center and it's about 20€ with taxi one way. Small club but very welcoming atmosphere and it usually have a few really nice girls for a reasonable price. 100€ for an hour if I remember correct?! If you're a gang I wouldn't recommend it because sometimes there are only 1-4 girls you want to session with out of 30+ girls on site but if you are alone I would go there first to be honest.
