I want to say thank you to Monger88 for advising to select a hotel in the Chamartin area near the Metro Station Cuzco. There are over ten places of interest to this group within fifteen minutes walk of the Cuzco station that I was able to identify. It takes about thirty minutes on the metro to get to the tourist attractions. Of course, I was there when the quarantine started but I was still able to find some places open. Staying anywhere from Plaza Castellana to Cuzco is good advice. There are also a ton of restaurants available. My only other time I was in Madrid I stayed on Gran Via and it was more hectic and overrun by tourists.

Club Hot aka Dreams used to be located on Plaza Colon right next to the underground. They used to have nice looking girls there but ridiculously expensive lady drinks (€60) and even a ordinary coca cola was €20 and as Shoebree points out they didn't have any rooms, but you could have sex behind some curtains. It's my first time in Madrid and I would appreciate some help in understanding how the brothel / club scene in Madrid works? So managed to escape to Madrid for a few days last week. It's been my favourite place in Europe for our hobby since discovering its delights last year, thanks for all the posts here that helped me out on my first visits.
