Yes, as Shoobree said, you can get the exact same thing in both countries.

Germany is more oriented to lighter skinned ladies primarily from Eastern European countries like Romania and Bulgaria.

Spain has more naturally olive skinned Spanish ladies and a lot of ladies from South America.
